The myAbility Talent® program in Vienna
The 5th myAbility Talent® program takes place in Vienna between March and September. In the group workshop with our communication trainer you will find out everything about the first claim (e.g. for job interviews), your CV will be checked in personal application coaching and you can network with top Austrian companies in network events. Between May and September you will have job shadowings where you can get to know your dream company from the inside.
This year you can meet HR managers from Accenture, Air Liquide, Mondi, Austrian National Bank, Austrian Lotteries, PwC Austria, PremiQaMed Group, REWE Group, Takeda and Wiener Stadtwerke.

The process in detail
- March 8th, 2020 - Application deadline
- March 30th - April 3rd, 2020 - Workshop with our communication trainer (2 half days each): With our coach, Alexander Kurzwernhart, you practice your self-presentation, get professional feedback as well as tips and tricks on how you can best present your strengths.
- Between March 30th and April 2nd, 2020 - Individual one-on-one coaching: How do you put the finishing touches on your CV? Which aspects are important? These questions are clarified in one-hour individual coaching with Daniel Schörghofer.
- April 7th, 2020 - Career workshop with Teach for Austria: How are assessment centers structured? Why do they exist? What is actually being asked? We invited the experts from Teach for Austria.
- April 17, 2020 - Career workshop with OEAD: What does career mean? How do I want to deal with my disability or chronic illness in the application process? With practical exercises and inputs, you will answer these questions together with Larissa Rexeis.
- May 6th, 2020 - Matching Day: On Matching Day you meet the HR managers of the companies for the first time. In small interviews you introduce yourself and you can apply the skills learned in the workshop in practice. How to find the right company for your job shadowings.
- May to September 2020 - Job shadowings: You meet with company employees and accompany them for up to 2 days. Spend your job shadowing in departments that interest you. This way you get to know the departments from the inside.
- September 10, 2020 - Closing event: This evening we look back at the myAbility Talent Program®. You will receive a certificate for your participation and will meet the job shadowing providers and HR managers of all companies again to network.
