Not sure whether you should apply or have general questions about the myAbility Talent® programme? We have collected a few questions and answers about the myAbility Talent® programme on this page.
Who can apply?
We welcome students and doctoral candidates, and also people with an acknowledged higher vocational education or training, from different kinds of disciplines, of all ages with disabilities and/or chronic illnesses. By "with disabilities and chronic illnesses" we mean, for example: visual and hearing impairments, mobility impairments, dyslexia, epilepsy, diabetes, metabolic diseases, neurodiverse people ...
How is the myAbility Talent® programme digitalised?
Due to the Covid-19 situation, we have decided to partially digitise the programme. The Matching Day event will take place LIVE. If you have any questions about accessibility, please do not hesitate to contact us.
As a participant, do I have to pay for the programme?
No. The partner companies and myAbility cover the costs of the myAbility Talent® programme. You only have to cover your own travelling expenses. In return, we expect you to be punctual, reliable and organised.
Is this a superficial action?
No. Companies recognise that people with disabilities and chronic illnesses are employees that they rarely actively approach. The programme creates points of contact and generates a conscious, open approach. Companies and talents learn from each other and benefit from the exchange. It enables talents and corporate partners to deal positively with the disability factor.
